2nd Annual Cervical Cancer Awareness 5k Walk/Run
This January the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Florida Council of Nurse Midwives will sponsor the 2nd annual 5K Fun walk/run to raise money for the Foundation for Women's Cancer in order to "promote public awareness about the prevention, early detection and treatment of gynecologic cancers" in the Jacksonville area. This is a family friendly event and all are welcome!
This 5K will take place on SATURDAY, JANUARY 26TH, 2013 at the Dolphin Plaza at *Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park, 500 Wonderwood Drive, Atlantic Beach, FL.
Registration begins at 9:00am and the run/walk will begin at 9:30am. The registration fee is $25 per person and includes a t-shirt and bottle of water. All registration fees go directly to the Foundation for Women's Cancer.
You can pre-register by mailing your registration form and $25 check made payable to Foundation for Women's Cancer to:

If you want to be guaranteed a t-shirt (in the size you want) please register by January 12th.
*There is an entrance fee of $1.50 per car up to 6 people. Please mention that you are a participant of the Cervical Cancer Awareness walk when entering the park.
